It actually isn't a rerelease - those dogs were just available for adoption that long. :) They're only valued about a mid 09 rare unfortunately just because there are so many in circulation still. They only recently even went rare. :)
I would say you need to add around an early and another mid 09 rare or so. :) (so three rares on your side in total in case I phrased that poorly)
