The short chimera carefully headed through the streets, her white hair bouncing behind her in the loose braid it was always tied in. Central was the worst place to be in right now - the place was crawling with State Alchemists and soldiers, making it almost stupid for her to walk around in such a busy city. However, they were all doing their own thing and minding their own business. She highly doubted anybody would pay attention to an ishvalan like her. A sigh slid past her lips, and her red eyes carefully scanned over the sights around her. Not a lot interesting was around; not like the small amount of cenz she had would be enough to buy anything around here. Isabella snorted in annoyance, wiggling her hands in her pockets as if to emphasize how little she was carrying on her person at the moment.

→ I walked down the streets of Central, heading to Central Command where I was probably needed. It was too early for me to be honest, and the rain was not helping my mood at all. It made my hair frizzy, and I had worked so hard on it this morning. Too bad I guess, things happen and I can't stop them. I saw the building come into view, and Xavier as well. I barely paid him any attention, but I glanced at him to show that I noticed him standing there. I walked inside the large building, happy that I was sheltered from the rain. I had a clipboard held to my chest with my automail arm, my other arm right by my side.

Astrix glances over as Gabriella walks past her. "Good morning, General," she says. A corner of her mouth twitches. "Were you having trouble with the rain?"

Chance walks down the sidewalk, his head down and his hands in his pockets. He bumps into someone and grunts, "Sorry."

→ I let out a small sigh somewhat, and I put my hands on my hair, flattening it down. I looked over at Astrix and nodded to her gently. " And a good morning to you too Astrix. Yes, the rain seems to have messed with my mood a little, but i'm sure now that I am sheltered from it, i'll be fine. " I couldn't let stupid weather ruin my day, it was just unlike me.

Juliet turns to see who it was. "It's okay..." Her eyes darted to the car which had been watching her. Act normal...they don't know you're an Alchemist!...Hopefully. She smiled brightly at the boy. "I can understand why you couldn't see me! This is a wonderful city, but it can get cold here soon." She needed any excuse to make it look like she knew the guy.
