Not all are rare in eather litter, but maybe they could change rare...

uncommon from the moment the litter got their rarities? I thought all staff litter pups had the same rarity, so unless someone has been mass deleting this outcome or something, I don't understand why it's uncommon.

It's quite possible people were hoarding this outcome, but I'm curious to know the reason as well.

Hoarding has nothing to do with pet rarities.
I know that in 09 one of the staff dogs(forgot which one) was unavailable to adopt for a short amount of time during the release, causing it to be rarer than the others. That may be the case with this one as well.

Somewhere i read the reason why.
Even if all Staffpets have the same possibillity to beadopted, it isnt absolutely true, due to the randomness.
Like there 4 pets and you have a 25% chance for all
Like this:
Pet a: 25%
Pet b: 25%
Pet c: 25%
Pet d: 25%

After adopting it could look like this:
Pet a: 24%
Pet b: 22%
Pet c: 32%
Pet d: 22%

So Pet C could be Uncommon after release, when the others are common
But they are really close, so it is a really cheap uncommon and the cnace is high that Pet A could turn uncommon in the next months, too.
