Shadows Rise
Shadow \ Shade / 6 / Shalbriri Pack / Alpha Male / Affinity for Shadows ; Telekinesis
Shadow felt his ears fall when he heard Tempest speak of Storm, who had told her that he'd wanted to speak with her. Small shadows curl around his dark paws, almost nervously, as the alpha spoke, shifting his gaze to the ground at his paws briefly. "I would not ask this of you if it was not important, and if there were not something to cause this. I had asked Storm first, a little over a month ago, shortly before he left and returned with that golden wolf, Cassiel, but he had told me it was your choice, and that I would have to speak with you." His silver gaze lifted, and he drew a breath in through his nose, before he continued, "I am in need of an alphess. I am not asking you to be my mate, not unless you are willing, but my-- our packs, need a fae's touch on the way they will be governed. My pack, personally, has not had an alphess for two summers," he flicked his tail, his ears drooping even further, "I cannot say why this is of such importance, as you will have to ask Storm. It had originally been my idea to combine the packs, but up until now Storm did not ask me to put our plans ahead, and to change them."

Pyro continues after James quietly, although once they come upon the camp, where three separate dens were located, along with some others that were obviously not in use. He heard James' words, although his gaze snapped to a den where he heard a hostile and protective snarl come from, recognizing the black and gray wolf as one that he'd seen Dumah with the first day he'd seen her again. Dusk growled, low in her throat, her lips curled back over her teeth, baring them, before she turned and disappeared into Dumah's den with a flick of her tail. "Well, I'd assume that's it." Pyro said, although he could hear quite a few growls coming from inside, and then, a softer voice, although still in Lupine, obviously Dumah's.
"Pyro and James are here,"
"Why?"
"They want to see Dumah, of course."
Fire had growled at that, but Dumah's soft words spoken in Lupine silenced him.
"Let James in."
And so, Fire emerged from the den, and sat, speaking to James, although he used telepathy, because he knew that Pyro did not understand Lupine. She wishes to see James, alone. She is still afraid, so I must ask you to leave any weapons you have with you out here. The Omega spoke in a reasonable tone, although Pyro felt a pang in his chest knowing that his sister had chosen the Joined child over him. Dumah sat on her deer skins, Dusk pressed against her side as she waited for James, although her hand, under the cloak and skins wrapped around her, was placed on the blade at her hip, more of an assurance than anything.
