New MLP OC

This is a ref for one of my newer MLP characters. My cousin designed him and a mare for me, but I don't think I'll keep the mare.
Now, I need peoples help deciding a few things.
I need a cutie mark -- probably music related, but I'll take any unique ideas
His nickname is Jazz, but should his full name be Melodic Disharmony or Dominick?
