Touta the Delphox

Hehe sorry for the crappy background (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*:・ﾟ✧
Well so yeah practicing some Delphox stuff so heres my starter whom I named Touta in honor of Touta Matsuda from Death Note <333
So i guess this could be some Ken Sugimori Style (which is basically the shading/highlighting style) practice cause I was thinking of doing my entire team later in that style :P
