Story: Sioux let the Indians she lived with paint marking on her. She loved how they looked and the colors that they picked. After they finished painting her, she went to graze near the other horses they owned. She heard loud yelling, she didn't recognize to be the Indians. She lifted her head and perked her ears. She saw white men riding towards the camp. She reared and let out a fierce whinny, letting the Indians know of the oncoming danger. Most of the Indians mounted horses and rode off, while some stayed to fight. Sioux stayed to help her tribe. She galloped through the camp knocking white men off their horses and kicking them away. More white men began to come. There were to many and the Indians had fled. Sioux didn't want to leave the camp but had no choice. She galloped away but went in the opposite direction of the Indians. She was found and taken to Heart Wood Stables where they knew she would find a good home.
