Overall good job, especially on the fur and shading. However, there are some issues, so I'll give a bit of concrit. The anatomy needs a bit of work. The top jaw looks badly broken because it's bent up like that. If you look at a wolf's skull you'll see it has a slope with a bit of a dip in it, and it absolutely could not bend upward like that.

The shoulder muscle anatomy is off as well.
