blue was born on a canadian farm with her three siblings. all of them much bigger than her. well except for andros, they were about the same size. when she turned a week old they introduced a new puppy to the litter who was orphaned by another female next door. luckily her mother lily was accepting and took red in. at first none of the puppies were named. when they were allowed out in the field to meet the sheep, that was when they were given names. andros was the first one to follow his father around with the sheep. eventually mae and mellow followed as well, but blue was the only one who stayed with red. seeing as how he was a sweet heart, but was blind so couldn't see the sheep. so she helped him around, thus them gaining their names, red and blue. they were perfect for each other as siblings. at the age of a year old her and red were inseparable and they always were seen with each other, hardly were they ever not together. together they became therapy dogs and traveled around with their owner to do speeches to highschools about bullying and disabled students. setting an example for the young people and doing tricks for 'love' or money. which always went to a charity. though when they were two years old, red was diagnosed with cancer, and was no longer allowed to travel. he had to stay home and do his own therapy. obviously he had so many people sending him money to get through, but blue herself couldn't do anything without her best brother. sadly, a year later he passed. the cancer had spread through his body and caused him so much pain they had to put him down. blue was devastated, but still went to teach kids about bullying and the disabled and also raise money for cancer in dogs. they had managed to get up to, 700,000 dollars the first year to go towards dogs with cancer.
right before the disaster her humans had went on a weekend camping trip, leaving her on the farm to protect it. sadly after the disaster they never came back. the sheep started to act weird and so did the cattle. eventually she decided to move on, leaving her farm life behind to find some food because she refused to eat the livestock. she was raised to protect them, not destroy them.
