It goes to show, I hope that you know that you are
What my dreams are made of
Can't fall asleep, can't fall asleep
I lay in my bed awake, in my bed awake at night
As I dream of you
I'll fall in love, you'll fall in love
It could mean everything, everything to me
I can't imagine being anywhere else

They say that love is forever
Your forever is all that I need
Please stay as long as you need
Can't promise that things won't be broken
But I swear that I will never leave
Please stay forever with me

Where did you hear something like that? I thought they were doing an overhaul on the rules and regulations for the breed, not shutting it down altogether.

I am curious if these guys are shutting down too, since as far as I know none of us have heard anything, though in the ask thread there seems to be some answers that sound like maybe that is coming... I hope not but horsy has to do what is best for her <3 I guess we will all just have to wait and see what happens

If that does happen I will probably be leaving CS as WMEs are the only reason I get on here anymore. I really hope that doesn't happen though.

Horsy has a lot on her mind right right now, so I think it's best to put out some positive thoughts. :)

I'm just curious though, but what would you guys do if WME's shut down? and how have WME's influenced what you like to draw and how often do you check to see of the fanclub is doing? Or if any WME's have been made?

I honestly don't know what I'd do, because I don't really have anything to do on here. I'm very dedicated to WME's, so it'd be hard to try and find something new. I'm trying to do a rp, but struggling.

I love WME's in their simple concept and how much the community grows is just amazing. Did you guys know we have about 3,000 people in the community that love WME's? Not everyone posted in the fan club, and there are lot's of admirers, and a lot don't have a WME. But it's nice to see we are somewhat like a giant neighbor hood. Some people are the crazy WME owners with 10 or 15, and then there's the shy neighbors with 1 or 2. Some neighbors don't like each other that much, but that's just neighbors- you don't want to move to a different house because you like the neighborhood.
I just lost my train of thought ofd where I was going with that- but I hope y'all got my point..?

Really in the ways of drawing it feels weird when I draw a normal horse now. I have drawn WMEs since I got Chaos and really thats all I have drawn. So when I go to draw a normal horse it feels weird for it to have a long mane and tail xD

I understand you Birch. I used to admire WME's a lot and I tracked them for a long time until I finally tried to get some. That was when I got Tabby. I only have one WME but just having him makes me happy and I love doing fan art of him! I really hope that Horsy keeps WME's up and if she can't run it anymore, at least give it to someone she trusts a lot. I look forward to seeing new adoptables and foals all the time and that's the main reason I come on CS. I have been looking at many other adoptables but I don't connect with them as much as I do with these. There is a large community and everyone is nice. It would make me sad if it shut down, but whatever is best for horsy, is best for us too.

To be honest I'd be a little upset if it shut down because I've not put as much work or energy into any other species on Chicken Smoothie, that and I haven't won one yet on my own. I haven't finished the first stage of the 700 Equid challenge either and I don't want all that work to go to waste. ;A;

I also don't really talk to anyone on CS outside of a few people here that I've added to my friend's list and to skype, I only come on CS to do events, get the monthly adoptables, and hunt for cheat but good art. Otherwise I surf the web carelessly because I don't have much else to do. I have 150 more equids to color in, but that'll have ti wait until after I finish moving and have the net turned on in the new place.

I don't want these guys to disappear...

To tell the truth, WMEs are most of my CS life. I wouldn't quit if they left, because there are still have a few other things I like (the Oekaki, Kiri, the possibility of starting up my Elvish Horse adoptable, the site itself, etc.), but it would greatly affect my time on here. WMEs have had a huge effect on... everything. I check the fanclub every time there's a new post, and when WMEs are actively being created, I'm checking for new ones just about every half-second and trying to get a good hold on the personalities of those that I'm trying out for (regardless of whether or not personality is included in the forms, I always have to know a bit about them to connect with them). I love my four WME babies to death, and even if I had a thousand I could still give them each the same amount of love because they are all so unique and quirky and wonderful. WMEs mean a lot to me. Even if I'm always losing my favorite ones, there's no way I'd ever give up trying, because this species is so unique and beautiful that they're always worth any trouble they come with. So, if WMEs were shut down, I'd be quite devastated. I'd still be here on CS, but I'd most likely be on a good deal less (unless my Elvish Horses ever become successful), having less to actually do on here. Even now with just this little break, I'm starting to spend less time on here (especially now that the CS Halloween event is over) because there aren't any gorgeous new equips to try out for and ooh and aah over.

I would be so upset if WMEs were to shut down. I have been following along in the fanclub and posting and participating for over a year now without having my own WME yet. I had stalked them and admired them from afar before then, but had been too shy to post. I would love more opportunities to try and own my very own WME. I think I would probably quit CS altogether unless I get interested in another horse based species. Honestly, the first thing that I do when I log onto CS is that I go and check if there are any new WMEs I could admire or try out for. Then I check the WME fanclub and reply to my usually WME related messages. I don't know what I would be doing on CS if there weren't any WMEs.
