Technically the answer is yes; but it just turns out fuzzy and faded. My art isn't exactly good to begin with; and I have a feeling that if I posted the camera version; my chances would only be lowered. X3

Pictures are not graded on quality, they're graded on how much they show the character. c: So it doesn't matter if they're fuzzy; as long as the judge can see the picture, it's all good. <3
