My brother just told me something, and I'm totally happy he just told me this. He mentioned that during Colin Baker (6th Doctor)'s episode, "The Trial of a Timelord," the Master states the following sentence: "...between your twelfth and final incarnation." Video of this sentence can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y2INBe_qZFo Assuming 'incarnation' means 'regeneration,' I have had the following logical epiphany.
The Master NEVER mentioned which 'incarnation' would be the Doctor's last. He didn't say "13th", he didn't say "20th" - he said "final." That means there is a very good possibility that the Doctor won't stop regenerating for DECADES to come! :D
Now, mind you, I've never seen an entire episode of the 6th Doctor, so I may have gotten something wrong. Please, anyone who's seen the 6th Doctor, what are your thoughts on this sentence? For everyone here, what do you think of Steven Moffat's sentence?
