I stay in my tree and watch them intently. The boy finds the shell and fingers it. He says something and I catch "iversion" which means he knows it was a diversion. I hold my breath hoping it spun to rapidly and didn't plow into the earth, letting him know at least which way it came from, luckily not the height.

I smile in knowing that the have realized my presence but have no way to figure out exactly where I am. I sit in my tree and decide to jump down. I ready my spear and make sure I have a good grip. The jump would be 7 feet down, but I know I can make it so I get ready with spear in hand, and drop down. Immediately I expect them to turn around and throw what they can at me so as I drop I leap to the side to avoid whatever they might aim. Then I ready my spear and aim it at them, but don't throw it. "Who are you?" I question

Derek and Isis both spun around to see a girl that jumped down. Derek moved protecting Isis. He held up his knife looking at the girl. "What do you mean Who are we!? Your the one that was spying on us!" He said.

Luckily neither of them throws anything at me but the boy has pulled out his knife and is holding it up in a slightly aggressive way, he doesn't realize that if I threw my spear he could do nothing but receive. I smile at this thought mentally and speak "I wasn't simply spying, I was watching you to see if you were dangerous" I beckon to his knife "Obviously, your not, so I risked revealing myself." I look around for a second to make sure they are alone. "How did you get on this island? Are there others? What are your names?" I bombard him with a few vital questions.

You obviously speak english, you don't look like you've been stranded for that long, and I think I've seen you before." I lower my spear but keep ahold of it. "Now, did you come from a plane crash recently? Are there other survivors if you did? And what are your names?"

We crashed. Our names are Derek and Isis. What is it to you?" She said not warning to reveal information about the Others just yet. Derek smiled at his sisters sudden statement.

I can tell Derek will be a stubborn one and probably hard to trust, but his sister seems lively, but with a bit of spunk. "I came down with the spear in case you decided to throw that knife at me." I turn to Isis and smile "Thank you, now I know there must be other survivors, there was nobody else at the scene, but several footprints leading away. Its obvious they aren't around here, but are you all in a village or something?" I know now that I do recognize them, both of them. On the plane I had seen Isis come out of the planes bathroom and go back to her seat, where I saw a handsome man. They knew each other and seemed to be conversing a lot. Then I went to the bathroom and did my business.
