My friend was talking about how much she's annoyed with her mom. Here's why:

Friend's mom: "Who's that?"
Friend: "The Doctor."
Friend's mom: "Who's that?"
Friend: "Still the Doctor."
Friend's mom: "Who's that, with the big nose?"
Friend: "Rory."
Friend's mom: "Who's that?"
Friend: "Still Rory."
Friend's mom: "Who's that?"
Friend: "Amy."
Friend's mom: "Isn't that Donna?"
Friend: "No, that's Amy."
Friend's mom: "But Donna has red hair!"
Friend: "Yes, she does."
Friend's mom: "She's with the wrong Doctor!"
Friend: "No, she's not."

Friend's mom: "How can there be a swimming pool in the library?"
Friend: "I don't know."
Friend's mom: "How is there plumbing?"
Friend: "I don't know."

Friend's mom: "That's the Pandorica box!"
Friend: "Yes, it is."
Friend's mom: "How did Amy get in it?"
Friend: "They'll tell us in the flashback."

As you can see, my friend was probably about to strangle her mom. She was ranting about it during lunch. x)

I know how she feels. When I watched Doomsday for the first time I was bawling my eyes out from when Rose had to leave Ten. My mom kept yelling at me to brush my teeth, but I was crying too hard. Parents never understand us Whovians.

Me: That's the Eleventh Doctor, and he's not ugly.
Dad: Yes he is. Why do girls like him anyways??

Dad: "Who's the guy with the pointy nose? Didn't die already like twice?"
Me: "Yeah, he did. That's Rory. He dies a lot but he always comes back."
Dad: "That makes no sense.."
Me: "Doctor Who doesn't make sense... it's an alternate reality."

Mom: "Where's the leather jacket bald guy with the big ears?"
Me: "The Ninth Doctor has been gone for five seasons mom.."
Mom: "Where'd he go?"

Mom: "River is the Doctor's wife? I thought Rose was!"

Mom: "Is that Rose or River he's with?"

My cousin: "Why does the Doctor keep dying?"

I'm lucky, my mom and brother are both Whovians like me, and my dad doesn't mind and likes it too, as long as we don't watch over two in one night every night...

I love the Master's face! XD and ya gotta love Gallifrey history. I don't have any Doctor Who products or stuff, yet. I'm probably gonna treat myself and go crazy buying stuff on Christams though.

Divergent- It's fine! I just cry really easily during TV shows and books, it's kind of sad.

X3 I wish my parents would really watch the show with my brother and I, my mom won't give Doctor Who the time of day, she told me she watched it once, but didn't like it. Maybe she just watched one of the really bad Doctors, but I don't know. My dad used to watch the show, I don't know which of Doctors he watched/was familiar with, but I do know he did watch the 5th Doctor? Right, he's the one with the stark of celery? X3

But yeah, totally know how it feels. X3 I wish I could remember all the things my brother said when he first watched the show. X3

I would really love to have some Doctor Who memorabilia, right now, all I have are computer desktop wallpapers. X3
