Where I live, we're having that middle 'November' stage of autumn. Birds are migrating, insects are finding their way inside my house, little chipmunks and squirrels are scampering about, trying to gather up food for winter. Once a week it gets very cloudy, and a light snow sprinkles the ground, melting in the afternoon to reveal hibernating grass and orange leaves.
Not quite winter, not quite autumn.
