I'm sorry, but that's not how this species is going to work. There may be a special event or contest for them, but other than that it just won't happen. Sorry.

Yeah, I just don't want people abusing it. I've seen what kind of chaos customs cause, and I want it to be a special privilege for artists and prize winners...

Yes we want each draft to be special and people ordering customs with the same ref would take away from that. Penalty of other big adopts dont offer customs.
