I see the one on its cheek, but I can't see the spot on the tail at all.

yeah thats interesting think it's because when its grown, its supposed to look like its tail is fanned out :3

In puppy stage, field dog has clearly longer tail than music dog.
Because they are different dogs. ^^ The music dog has half-flop ears while the field dogs have full-flops. :3

For the adult stage, I wouldn't say the music dog had a thinner tail, it's just the markings. You see it as being thinner, but it's really not.
