Jude cried, rubbing his eyes.

Kailyn sighed, bouncing him as she looked at the foods on the shelves.

Eric looked over. "Kailyn?" he asked.

Kailyn looked up, confused. "Do I know you?" She asked, not recognizing him since he'd changed do much.

"It's me, Eric," he said. "Is Jude okay? And you, how are you doing?"

[~SuperGirl]

Kailyn stood up. "He's fine, just teething." She said. "I've been better. I'm failing my online classes for school. I don't have time to get work done. Oh well, right?" She said.

Jude looked at Eric, crying.

Eric sighed. "You can call me to help anytime," he said, and looked at Jude. "Can I hold him?"

Kailyn hesitated before handing Jude to him. "You could have called too! He's five months old, Eric. What were you waiting for?" She asked. "I didn't make you leave, you left on your own."

Jude looked at Eric, rubbing his eyes.

He sighed. "YOu said that I should. I just... I thought you wanted me too," he said and looked at Jude. "Hey baby boy."

"Why would I want you to leave?! I was upset no one came to see him, and you acted like it was no big deal." Kailyn sighed.

Jude grinned, revealing two teeth trying to poke through his gums on the bottom.

"They're my parents. When I got home, they were walking out the door to see you, you know that?" He sighed and looked at Jude. "Oh look at your teeth!"
