Firebird leapt to Hawkclaw's side as soon as the masked warriors turned away. Hawkclaw twitched and jerked, and Firebird sniffed at her anxiously. The grey tabby wished she could have switched places with Puddleheart so Hawkclaw could have proper attention, but Puddleheart wasn't coming so the warriors would have to do.

Fallenleaves
He watched the big group of cats huddle aroung what looked like a few of his clan mates as well as some from another clan. He wondered if he should go tell Aspenstar or some cat. But his eyes were glued to the spot. One of the masked cats looked over their should directly at where Fallenleaves was hiding, but he ducked in time. Eventually, their attention was back on the cats in the middle. He didn't understand what was going on, but knew he should tell some cat soon.

Brackenstorm looked around and noticed the group of cats perched in a tree. Those must be the other clan leaders, he thought. He sat down and curled his tail over his paws then stretched his mouth is a yawn.

Fallenleaves
Not knowing what else he could do, he slowly backed away from the cats and headed back to the gathering. He was running by the time he got back and looked around. He noticed that most of the attention was on the cats in a tree. Although one or two were are to see from where he was. 'Darn, they must be starting.' He thought angryly to himself. He sat down at the edge of the clearing and waited for it to start. 'The sooner it starts, the sooner I can tell Aspenstar.' He told himself. He tried to relax, but he kept figiting at the thought on what was happening. He looked around for his apprentice. 'Oh great starclan, please tell me he's not over by the big brutes of a clan.' He thought to himself.

Hawkclaw stirred, then stood, and the masked warriors pressed in on one side. The 6 captives were forced to move, and none dared speak for fear of the masked clan. The silver tom walked with a heavy limp, and he could hardly stand. Firebird spotted a cobweb and remembered Stonepaw patching her wound with cobwebs, so she swept it onto her paw. She slipped onto the other side of the tom, placing the cobwebs over his torn and bloody pelt.


Stonepaw dropped out of her tree and found Puddleheart, and the two sat together in their designated spot. The clan leaders called to begin the meeting, and the cats below immediately became still. Aspenstar spoke about food and borders, and the other clans introduced themselves. Stonepaw couldn't hear the names.
