Kailyn winced. "Jude is lucky he's cute because I am in so much pain." She said.

Dimka took her inside. "I know."

Kailyn sighed. "I don't know what to do about Eric." She sighed. "His parents have done nothing to help us through this, yet he thinks I'm being a b****." She said. "He has no sympathy for how I feel. I knew he would walk out on us, I just ignored the gut feeling cause I didn't want to believe it was true." She sighed. "Now I know how mom felt when Mason walked out and Brycen." She sighed. "I can see why mom had trust issues." She said. "And I can't raise Jude on my own. We'd both end up dead."

Dimka sighed, sitting with her. "You won't have to do it on your own. Everyone here will help you," he said.

Eric was at home. When he got there his parents had been getting ready to go. They had to watch a friend's kid for a few hours after work. They had been under the impression that Kailyn wasn't going home until tomorrow, and they were going to see her after they were done sitting. Now, they were busy comforting Eric.

Kailyn sighed. "I don't know what to think."

Dimka sighed. "I know," he said. "It'll get better."

Kailyn sighed. "Yeah, I know." She sighed. "Eric promised he wouldn't walk out and act like this."
