i agree with this. when the ur's first came out the ice cat was only going for balloons.. i managed to get a high trade with a non balloon

I gotta say I disagree with you Amethysts. I've had aussies several times and I find it pretty easy to get more than a non for them. :) I was able to trade an aussie +BMD for a coontail and I've seen them go for a july PPS fairly recently. I also easily got a non + blue tox for another. I see them in at least 1.5-2 nons. I'm not sure I'd quite agree with DD to say that they're UR cat level but I wouldn't say that's far off either. :)
The UR cat I would put around the balloon-line tribal area. They really aren't going for much and there seem to be quite a lot of them around. I wouldn't say that they're down to UR apple level though... I can't recall seeing any go that low.
As for the flowerpot I managed to trade one for a GWJ and a few advents recently. I have to agree with placing it alongside the banana and cucumber and then maybe dropping all three to july PPS level? I'm not sure. But I agree that they should be lowered a bit - it's just far too rare for them to go for their full value with where they're placed now. :)

When the cat came out, it went for high sirbets and toxics. The reason its been going for less then a ballon is because people have been dictating that its worth less ^^' when asked what the cat is worth, people respond balloon dog, while more correct wouldve been between a red tox and a balloon.

The most common payment for them now seems to be either a balloon or a nonballoon, which is why i feel like it should go either higher or on the same line as the loons. Ive traded 2 ice cats and was able to get a nonballoon+ twice. It took some patience and effort but the ice cat is a perfect example of what wrong information and bad demand do to a pet x.x

I feel like we do need to take in consideration what they went for before they got yhe 'bad' demand stamp slapped onto them.

Hm... I do see what you're saying. I suppose I've seen it go nonballoon a few times. My sister paid the cat and a sunjewel bun for an UR malk but that was right around the release so I'm not sure if demand was still a factor.

The Ur ice cat upon it's release went for higher sorbets and toxics, some even for non's. After a few months, it's demand died down rapidly as people began to see how many Ur ice cats actually got released. It's a bit like the Ur purple tess horse back in 09. However, because people kept saying 'it's worth a balloon dog' instead of letting it be more open -> 'Usually it goes between a sorbet and a balloon dog', it's been stamped with the balloon dog worth label.

They are being traded for balloons. But also for line-tribals (blame that on the tribal's demand???) and recently i even saw one go for a red tox. If only i could find that topic/trade >.>

Therefor i still believe that it should be above the balloon dogs. It doesn't have the same demand as the rats nor the ur apple/tess horse. It's a little more wanted then that i believe. I'd personally think it would sit good at the line-tribal layer.


The Ur aussie/dog still has loads of demand. While it's also 'more common' then the previous Ur dogs (duh lol) it did go for some incredible overpay upon it's release. The most i saw being paid for one was a sunjewel, but that was a desperate overpay i believe.
Common now seems to be between dogtag and non, non being what most people take because they don't have patience.

For it, i think between the sunback/coontail and the nonjewel. I've seen it go for more then nonjewels easily but getting more then a coontail seems to be a little harder? If we consider the insane reapplied demand that is going on with the coontail/sunback, and not with the july pps,then it's not too surprising that it's easier to get a july pps with the ur aussie then a sunback xD


The Ur pot. It's one of the hardest once to place, especially since at the start of it's release i've seen people pay only sorbets, it's value actually went up after the first few weeks. I strongly believe the Ur pot is the rarest of them all and do think that it deserves to be up there with the ur cucumber and the ur banana. In fact, i actually believe it might be just as rare as the ur cucumber, or even rarer.

This brings me to my next point! Moving down the Ur's. I feel that the 3 ur's need to be moved below the july pps and above the coontail. I also feel like the July pps should be merged together with the UR cat. There isn't that much difference in worth between those and both kinda suffer from lack of demand?


Other moves that need to be looked at;
- all sorbets to the same line, Joker stays below that.
- Gearback dropping one line
- RBM going up one line
- Blue PPS dragon going up one line???

- Store pets on the list. These need to be looked at carefully but i feel like the eat me and drink me need to be moved up. I auctioned my set and was offered a speckled rat for both. I ended up taking a yellow toxic for just the drink me! I know this is a huge overpay but i have had people offer me blue rose dog + for the drink me alone so i think it's realistic to say that it needs to be moved up.

I think the same about the androids and punk dogs, i feel like those should move up a bit as well.

The two butterbuns (Teal and red) should be merged with the current hyena dog layer. They aren't that much less rare anyways.

And as last, the november/09's list should be looked into in it's own topic :3

I actually wasn't factoring in the "Bad" demand when I said it I traded mine when demand was decent,

However I have noticed people offering them for less then a balloon, but I think above it is a bit too much


As for your recent post on store pets, I agree that they need to be looked at, I think the Drink me and eat me should move up along with the brown selphner and as much as I hate to say it, the raven and the orange and red cerbs

My current goal puts a bias on the PPS dragon but with the fact that they have vanished, they should move up but I must say that the non store pets should wait until after dec 18, as who knows how many will be introduced into the system

{I've always seen the cats go for nonballoons or balloons in the recent months. thats how I have valued them and given advice about trades with them.
I haven't really seen them go for less than a balloon.
so I agree with DD on the cat placement.
I wouldn't value it any lower than a balloon

as for the aussie. I'd rest it on coontail level or one tier lower than a coontail. but definitely not at a non. its worth more than a non, thats for sure.

and for the store pets, I agree its time to move some of them up.
others that I might suggest moving, marionette, raven and the patchwork.
the marionette is actually very hard to find. and even harder to trade for. and patchworks seems to be harder to get than ever. and as we all know, the ravens demand is very high, but it is actually worth a decent amount.

I was thinking the same for the aussie - I believe it was KittyKat I talked to who agreed with the idea as well. I do think it should be (as DD said above) in between the coontail and nonjewel. :)

As far as the pot goes... I like DD's idea. I was never really sure the difference in the july PPS and UR cat anyway and I think that moving down the "fruits" would be more accurate for what they go for. The most I've seen a cucumber get recently was a sunback + some around rerelease time so probably not someone who was worried about demand lol. I also much more recently saw one go for a non + GWJ which I think is about the most.

I think the line tribal is a great spot for the UR cat - I think it would fit nicely there and it would probably suit it a bit better than the balloon line. It's fairly common for an UR but it is pretty and I feel like it has potential. :)

As far as the store pets go... I would have to say it's probably fair time to start moving them up but where I'm stuck is the lower part. The drink me and eat me sure - I think that's more than fine to start moving them up. As far as the punks though I'm not quite so sure... I really haven't seen any higher demand for them and I've actually found them pretty easy to get ahold of where they are. Moving them up with the raven/patchwork... maybe. I think the lolita could go up to a mid since the gap there is so small anyway. The rest of the punks though... I dunno. I wouldn't say more than one line anyway.
But I have to admit my biggest conflict right now is with the marionette. Probably (unfortunately) largely because of me they're getting very hard to find. That being said... I've offered mid advents for them numerous times in the past couple of months and rarely actually worked out a trade. In auction settings I'm seeing multiple bids at grinner level or higher - which I know is excessive - but I think it shows just how tough they're starting to be to find. As much as it pains me to say it I feel like they really do have the rarity factor now pushing them up. I don't know quite how far - no higher than where the androids are currently I wouldn't say - but I feel like it's soared above the clockwork bun and really doesn't trade for bottom level list pets anymore.
