Hello ^^ I suppose I'm the newest member to the group, as I've just gotten my first Bernikesaur, Idolum ^^

I have a quick question; do you have to wait for Penultima to approve the Basic Training before going on to the Advanced Training, or can you continue on without it? I've finished my Basic Training and I'd love to continue on to the advanced!
