It is in a cave in pokemon village. Almost at the end of the game. There will be a guy blocking you unless you are the champion.

Also poke bank is coming out in December.

I just beat the elite four and the champion today!

Lightning - lv 66 - Raichu
that goodra that the champion was really hard to beat Dx

He was, I only had 2 survivors being my Blaziken and my Delphox! Brave bird saved me ^-^"

It was a total breeze, way too easy. The only thing that tripped me up was the champ's last Pokemon and even then it only took out my Sylveon.
