Anna's lip curled in disgust. Was this guy serious? "Heck if I know. For all I know you could be a sadistic jerk who wants to kill us himself," She growled, trying not to his in frustration when Adrian stopped. Stupid, trusting little boy. She had already decided not to join the man. She didn't trust him for a second. Sure she was a naturally untrusting person... in these times she had to be... but no one she had ever met had wounded every alarm in her body like he did. She was more inclined to trust a bunch of rabid wolves than Luka. "I'm not going with you." She growled firmly, watching him as he turned and headed away. She was still watching when he fired and she reflexively lifted the bow and fired. The arrow landed him in his shoulder about the same moment that Adrian let out a pained squeal and collapsed. Spinning, she scooped the child up and files without looking back. She doubted he would be very pleased when he pulled out the arrow.

i noticed the arrow in my arm before hand, only finding the time to pull it out now. i bit my lip and winced at the pain in my arm. it was like a throbbing pain in my arm, but yet not so much, it really didn't bother me as much. i had been feeling horrible for the past few days, but i had never really noticed the extent of it. i sighed, walking up the stairs, and into my place. it was pretty much a luxury, if not for the almost pitch-black darkness that shown from wall to wall. sighing, and muttering a curse to myself as i collapsed onto the couch. i know where everything is, as i was the one who put this all in order. chuckling, i wrapped my shoulder up in an old cloth, making sure to tie it tight. closing my eyes, i tried sleeping, as i have been having wired dreams. like nightmarish ones. taking a deep breath, i grinned when i found it seemed easier to dream. i guess. rolling over, i decided to take a cat-nap then head back out for awhile. food was running low, and i was beginning to get kind of hungry.

Kacey had been standing up against the door like this, holding her breath and tensed for at least a half an hour, the creatures had lost their fights, and were now running away to find something new to feed on. After 30 seconds of silence Kacey sighed and gently stepped away from the door. The door didn't move, it was barred shut with a desk she had moved to help her. She smiled a little at her work and stumbled over to a wheelie chair sitting in the corner of the office like room. Kacey was silent, now gaging how much pain you felt after you fall from a two story window and land in a pool, so far she came up with it hurts like rolling off the top bunk of a bed. Kacey stood up, looking down at herself. She was dressed in a white tank top, black jacket and some blue skinny jeans. Her black leather boots she found at a hunting surplus store still looked new despite there years worth of use given to them in only a week total. Kacey walked over to a window, peering down at the street below. She wondered now how many people have decided to slip themselves out of this and be with the ones they love. She shrugged, and looked over at the apartment beside this one. She could have sworn she saw movement, darting past windows, like a person would. Kacey kept watching, but she decided it was just a creature.

After a wary glance around, the girl stepped into the open, looking up and down the deserted street. Fear and desperation was.forcing her to find help. "Is anyone out there?" She shouted, hoping to find some sort of movement. Everything was still except for Adrian who shifted in her arms with a groan. Pain had left the child unconscious with a spiking fever. Movement in her peripheral vision (Kasey) made her spin. Was that movement on the second story of that apartment building? She edged closer warily. "H-hello?" She asked warily. "Please, my little brother's hurt." She glanced around fearfully. She was taking a risk talking so loudly. She couldn't exactly defend herself with a six year old in her arms.

❍ personality ;; [ being born and raised down south, thundersnow is pretty fierce, having instinct close to that of a wild dog. she loves to fight, picking fights and arguments with her brother all the time. she was known to never really take things all too serious, thinking of life like one big joke/mistake. she can snap and lash out when angry, in which, she's easily angered, so watch out. even the smallest things can make her blow up in rage. she doesn't overreact, just has trouble controlling her anger, and venting it properly. she loves survival-type stuff, long walks in the woods, trying to find any way possible to steal away from the house. she loves thrill, excitement, and whenever her adrenaline gets going. she's nowhere even remotely close to being scared easily. and basically, this whole apocalypse thing is really just a game to her. ]
❍ history ;; [ thundersnow's history is very complicated, to say the least. she was born on may twenty second, to a couple who should have no right to bear children in any way shape or form. her parents were well known criminals, running from the law at every turn. they wouldn't dare risk buying a house, having their first born, thunder, in the forest. she grew up there, lived, learned how to survive. when she turned three, her brother asher was born. her father had already died, mother dying giving birth to him. thundersnow was forced to have take care of him, bringing the two back out to stake grounds where actual civilization was. when she was six years old she already knew how to read and write fluently, knew many survival tactics and things of the nature. she did multiple runs of research until the two found their grandmother, who willingly took them in to finish raising them as their patron until they were old enough to leave and go off on their own. thundersnow still takes high interest in exploring and survival skills, asher trying to seep normal and forget what happened before meeting their grandmother, it not easy for either of them, to forget. ]
