freeze ducked and backed away to the corner of the boulder whimpering a little, not saying a thing

Berrywhisker noticed the strange cat looked frightened. Well, if they're acting like this they probably aren't trying to cause any trouble..... he concluded, slightly calming down. "Who are you?" he mewed, deciding he should find out about the cat before judging it. The tom squinted his yellow eye questioningly.

freeze loked at berrywhisker "i-im freeze" she managed to whimper (shes the age and size of an aprentice i remind you)

Smallnose shot Berrywhisker a wide-eyed glance, then glaring at the she-cat loner briefly. She, too, backed away slightly, trying to shake thorns from her fur and limping. The medicine cat's natural instincts suddenly kicked in, automatic, and she straightened. Smallnose's eyes softened almost instantly as she surveyed the loner. Was this young cat hurt, maybe?

Berrywhisker nodded, settled down enough to sit. "So, why are you here, Freeze?" he asked, trying not to be in a voice to scare the apprentice aged stranger. Most likely a loner, not a rogue, he noted, because of the cat's fear.

freeze shook out of fear wondering if the cats would do anything to her "i- im a l-loner, i dont mean you any h-harm" she said and hoped her showing ribs werent were they could be seen by the clan cats

After composing herself from being startled, Smallnose made her way to stand beside Berrywhisker gently. "I'm sorry if I scared you; I just was startled myself. Are you hurt at all?" The she-cat questioned kindly.
