I think it might be because not a lot have him. I myself only got mine because I picked the newborn over the box when I got my first Halloween pet.

Thankfully I already have the 1 day old pup, too

I now have 3 mustache ghosts and one girl ghost. If anyone wants one let me know.

Also I can never find any skeleton candies. *glares at banner* All I ever get are bats and pumpkins.

Oh god, this nearly gave me a heart attack <.< For some reason i read 'skelton candles' and for this you need to know that I adore candles ( I have, like, LOTS of them ._. in rl )
So for a moment there i was all like;
