As nether of those are smallfries (And I'm not sure if smallfries can breed), you can't get them.

Alright, I think I get it now- but then why does the thread say "Re•Open"? And I looked at the main post, but I didn't see anything suggesting anything different? Also, when is it going to open again, since I still see peopl posting their breeding forms...?

And the Breeding Thread was closed down for about a month, it says "reopen" now because it's back up. And everyone is quoting their forms (which isn't allowed...) that were posted a few pages back while breeding was open.

No, Wing (or another mod... dont remember) said tht the outcome could be a smallfrie. If it can be a pps, why not a smallfrie?

Smallfries are a limited-lineart. PPS's aren't limited and can be found anytime of the year.
As smallfries are rare & won't be around very long, to keep them rare not just any CL should be able to have Smallfry kits.
