Ember blinks as the girl changes back into Anelle. "I'm not hungry, either."

Vito jumps as the fire alarm goes off. "That blasted little..." he mutters, running down to the dungeon, handing Deanne his falcon and ignoring her hisses of protest. Deanne gives the falcon to Paul and follows Vito, fuming.

D looked at the two girls. "Jess!" He exclaimed, then quickly regained his normal attitude. "What took you so long?" He grumbled. His ruby glowed brightly, as if in excitement.

Jess growled very low as she looked up at him, she bounded towards him and leaped up at him. She sighed as she backed away and stared him down at a distance of a few feet. The sapphire glowed and swirled.

She nodded and looked at Velta. (What was she supposed to notice?) She smiled and went upstairs to her room. She turned into a fox and sat outside. She sighed and ran along the houses quietly. She reached the base, without noticing and climbed up to Max's window. "Max" she whimpered softly.

Vito charges, red-faced, into Max's cell, only to meet a wall of smoke. He backs out, coughing, and slams the door shut behind him. He sees Deanne and shakes his head. "Impossible to go in there without choking," he says. "Well, maybe he'll be smothered by the smoke and fire," Deanne points out. Vito nods, then notices something. "Where's the falcon?" he asks. Deanne lets out an exasperated sigh, but doesn't answer.

Velta's a doll, more specific, a voodoo doll. But she always wears a black veil, and only Ben and Ember know whats behind the veil.))

D looked strangely upset. "Well sorry for kidnapping you. I had no idea you could change into... That thing." He looked at Shadow. "Alright." He pulled out the jar from his pockets.

Velta sat down again. She was tired, and she didn't feel like staying anymore. But she was supposed to watch Ben.

Jess sighed softly as she looked out at the distance, she saw something strange happening out there. She shook herself a bit as she watched, then turned away because she honestly had no idea what was happening. The Sapphire blinked and flashed weirdly.

He wandered around, watching his gem around his neck to see if it would glow. He sighed, only seeing a flicker from his gem.

Ember senses Velta's restlessness and walks over to her. "How about you go outside for a while. I'm fine staring here," she says softly.

"What are you looking at?" D asked, and looked out at where she was looking at. "Trouble brewing." The ruby blinked a couple of times, then D shook his head. "I'll be back. You stay here." He put the jar back in his pocket and teleported back to the base.

Velta nodded. "Alright." She stepped outside and looked around. Everything seemed so peaceful.

Dimentio, who had been sitting at the table in the cafe, looked out the window. He saw someone walk by(Sebastian). He sighed and started drumming his fingers on the table.
