Try going to the 'Archive Page' with all the links and hitting your refresh button a few times. Eventually one'll pop up- those banners are sometimes hard to track down.

Please do not refresh pages to find banners - it's very hard on the server. Just move back and forth through the pages and you'll find banners just as quickly. :3

Oh, I just noticed that if you go up to adopt there is a link to the Halloween event. Handy, now I won't have to keep going to the home page every time. Although I might forget as I'm still getting used to the pound button being there instead of seperate, lol.
