Patients was a virtue Gok was never too familiar with. His brow gradually knotting the longer it took for Calamity to reply. She knew she wasn't dead. At least, she better not be. Finally, he tilted his head back, loudly groaning into the air, making sure she heard him vocalize his frustration as he began to walk back in her direction.

"You better be in freaking FIRE over there!"

He turned the corner to where he left Calamity and her beast, just enough to poke his head around to look at her.

"Woman. Town. Which way. Tell now, please."

The displeasure in his voice was practically dribbling down his chin as he spoke.

Serine: She had been outside and heard Gok yelling. She rolled her eyes. She wa trying hard to keep her temper today. She sat outside on a stump eating a apple.

Calamity's eyes flashed dangerously as he poked his head around the corner. She flexed her claws, but held herself back. "You couldn't possibly find out by yourself, now could you? Or do I have to babysit you?" She glared up at him, her eyes still flickering. She pointed a shadow covered claw towards the south. "There's one that way. Do not speak to me again unless it is a dire emergency." She stood and stumbled past him on her way up to her room.

"Was that so hard? Next time, do me a favor and cut the attitude too. These little exchanges would be a lot more pleasant the less words you spew at me."

His gaze followed her claw toward the south, not wasting and more time as he immediately started to head toward whatever town she claimed to be in the direction.

"A smile when you help me wouldn't hurt either!"

I called out to her one last time, making sure to get in a snide remark of his own.

Noah looked up and had noticed her shudder. "Uh.. Alright. Do you want me to show you where to go?" He stood and sheathed his knife, then leaned the stick against the stump.

"No, I just simply want to show myself the way." Kaoru smirked. "Op!" She slapped both of her hands over her mouth, this could simply not be! Already she was being a little sarcastic punk.
"Will you please show me the way Sir Noah?" She added using a polite tone.

Serine: She wondered who Gok had been yelling at. She was curious to go see but was beginning to think better of it. She saw him begin to walk away.

Calamity whirled around as he left, trying to get the last word. "How can I be any more pleasant with you around?! You don't know the meaning of pleasant!" She held on to a wall to keep her balance and then snarled at nothing. She dissolved and reappeared in her bedroom.

Noah chuckled quietly. "You don't have to worry about punishment here unless you don't follow orders. Even then, the punishment isn't great." He turned and started to walk off to his and Micah's own bathing spot in the stream. "And don't call me 'Sir'. Call me Noah. And to make things fair, I won't call you servant anymore. How's that?" He turned his head and smiled at her softly.

"Well it's a good thing I have some proper decency." Kaoru stated, which she had a feeling it wouldn't last her a while in this place. "Huh! Why you're such the gentleman! And, fine I won't add the 'Sir' part in ever again. Unless of course it just so happens to slip." She purred, and turning towards the pool she tilted her head. "This is your tub?"

Noah put his fists on his hips and stared at the stream. "Well, back in our own town, we each had our own bathroom, our own room, our own house even. But since we joined here, everyone here is treated the same." He reached into their tent and pulled out a cloth. "This is the most secluded spot we could find. I'll give you as long as you need and set something up in our tent." He raised an eyebrow and handed her the towel.

"I'm sorry Noah, I bet you and Micah miss your family a lot." Kaoru took the towel without meeting his gaze because, she felt ashamed of being so ungrateful for what he provided for her. He didn't have to accept me, a stranger and yet he did,Curtseying she turned and walked to the edge of the stream, where she took off her slippers.
