You have to go here and switch to the new version and then click the button right above the pen button in the Oekaki thing: http://www.chickensmoothie.com/oekaki/settings.php

Unless you use a Mac computer… the new version doesn't work with Mac computers…

Flash has nothing to do with Java. Installing it with not help anything.

Okay, so when I press 'Colour In' on the Edit Me drawings, sometimes it doesn't let me colour in and the persons lines always go above my colours~ Is there a way to fix that? o^o

If you mean copy and paste into the Oekaki, that is not possible. Otherwise it is possible copy and paste within Oekaki.

If you want to copy the whole layer, you can just select the layer and go "Layers > Duplicate." If you want to copy a part of the picture, use the first tool to select the area, then go "Edit > Copy" (or "Edit > Copy merged" if you want to copy everything on the selected area on all layers), then "Edit > Paste". The pasted stuff will appear on a new layer, but you can merge layers if needed - just drag the new layer above the one you want to merge it into and go "Layers > Merge down". c:
To flip something, you can either select an area to flip or a whole layer. Go to "Effects > Flip horizontal/vertical" when you want to flip something.
