I knew there was somethign screwy going on with the Tess horse advents *knocks self on the head*

I'd just suggest it stays where it is for now. It is just turned VR, and I really don't think it'll ever reach the value of the group above it :3

Hurhur, I'm going to be watching all of the advents very carefully now, to see which ones go in what order. Not that that made any sense whatsoever. :B

By rarity maybe, but those two are still as sought after as the angel is, or even more so. You can compare it to the Joker as an example - the Joker was just Rare for the longest of time, still it was worth a VR from august.

Nup, that makes total sense. I was thinking the same. I'm very interested to see if that big litter of "common" Advents really are all the same rarity. I wonder if the July dogs will start going OMGsr! eventually... a lot of pets are turning VR now, and July's are so much more rare...

And yeah, I think Dib's right, the list is probably fine as-is for now. ^^

Mostly bad I'd think, unless you plan on trading the ones you have instead of acquiring more. I swear, if the Moonswirl turns rarer before I get one... >_<

Though if the calculations were right, the Dogtag would go before the Sunjewel or the Moonswirl. Isn't that a weird thought? lol

That is a weird thought. XD And no, I don't plan on ever trading my jewels, really, so I guess I should be rooting for them to stay VR. The thought of having three OMG's was heady for a moment there, but I like the design more than the rarity~ <3

And if the July dogs went OMG, what would the UR pets and zebras do? o-o

Has anyone noticed how suddenly people are WAY overvaluing the Black Advents? I'm getting kind of tired of correcting people that no, 4 of them is not worth a Joker and no, two of the rarest Cake dogs are not super unfair for 2 Black Advents. What has gotten into people lately?

The only thing I can guess is that a lot of users saw the person (Idk if they want their name brought up) offering to trade their Sunback for 6 Black Advents and thought that that was anything other than a ridiculously generous offer from the user with the Sunback...

I mean, Black Advents didn't just spontaneously shoot up in value in the past 3 weeks, right?

Nope. There's a certain user who is paying ridiculous amounts for the black advents, so people have been going off of that as a rarity meter. I have nothing against her for doing what she's doing (I applaud her for hoarding what she loves) but I really wish people wouldn't assume that because someone is trading a spotted tribal for two black advents, that must mean the black advent is ridiculously rare.

So no, it didn't spontaneously rise. It's just people being crazy people. >>

Maybe we should work on extending the list.So that you can see a few pets that aren't covered so you can see how others compare with the tops :3 it might be a stupid Idea but it's worth a shot.

Well, there's already a compiled list of all the Advent pets ready to be posted when Spock gets the chance to update. ^^ Anything more than that I think is covered by the trade advice/pet worth threads well enough.
