Question how does one evolve eevee into a Sylveon?

Needs a fairy type move and have full hearts on pokemon amie while leveling up.

Anyone know why when the blue fossil Pokemon in X and Y (not sure of its name) used Take Down it was super effective on my Quilladin?

Just every patch of grass works.
I call it "high grass" because technically its high grass but pfrt. everywhere where you can catch pokemon xD
You need to stand in it and NOT be on your bike and NOT use your rollerblades xD

If you take Froakie, you will get a fenniken at some point. trust me. take Froakie.
That aaaand you got a Charizard = Fire anyway. You'll need SOME water type xD
