Please don't be offended, just some critiques

- the nose is thinner on an imp
- try adding more highlights rather then just shading, there are really 3+ colors to a shade scale ( lighter then x, X and darker then X) {X in this case being brown} It gives it more depth
- the imps hair is not a solid line around the back, it goes over the neck line
-their underbelly is a slightly different color then their base, same with their nose
- I would add hard lines into the hair, their are more then one color in your hair the imp should have it too
- hard line hair before you shade, this way the hard lines colors pop!

I tried to fix what I could. Making his nose thinner is kinda hard since I highlighted and shaded it already. Any other things I should do?
