Lucas just sat there then burst into tears turning human. "T-that was my sister..." He said really upset hearing that she had been killed. He flopped onto his side and cried hard.

She crouched down next to him and hesitated for a moment before picking him up and hugging him. She hoped he didn't get mad.

Lucas didn't get mad, or try to move away. He just curled up in a ball against her chest and cried

"I'm so sorry..." she whispered as she rubbed his back.

Lucas looked up at her, his eyes were already puffy from crying so hard. "W-why'd they kill her?..." He asked quietly resting his head on her shoulder.

"The same reason they would of put you up next if they had seen you." she said petting his hair softly

Lucas now whimpered and let her pat his hair, that made him calm down a bit so that he wasnt making sad sounds. He rested his head on her shoulder and sighed trying to stop crying.

"I would of helped her if I could..." she said sadly as she kept petting his head

Lucas kept looking up at her "y-you'll protect my other sister won't you? And my brothers?" He asked quietly
