"Oh...." Greenpaw's voice, she noticed, was faint. "I knew that. I totally knew that," she whispered, trying to retain her honour. "And, umm... thanks."

Storm Star grinned evilly. "I can easily hint as to which one you would like.... That is, if she doesn't have a master already? Of course, some slave masters hardly ever even torture their slaves or take them out, so we'll have to see about that, too. Now, won't we?"

"Greenpaw. Or Honeyfeather. Either will do." Smokestorm said as he considered out of all of the females. "And thanks, Storm Star." He added, then looked at the patrols. "I'd better take some warriors out, it's a while until sunhigh."

"Of course you did." Gingertail nodded as she came back in the den. "You're just in pain. It's not your fault." She put some cobwebs on the wounds to stop the bleeding. "You'll be in here for a while. These are pretty deep, and they'll need to heal fully before you can go back to your cage." Gingertail shivered, thinking of the harsh environments that the slaves lived in. "They'll get infected otherwise."

"All right," Greenpaw agreed, nodding. "You know, sometimes I wonder... why shouldn't I just give up my slave life for the life of a Healer? I mean, it's certainly better than this, right? But I know that I've always wanted to be a warrior. I just don't know if... if what I do here will influence what happens to me when I get back to the Clans." She paused. "The Clans. I really want to go back, but I can't.... I mean, not right now, anyways...." She sighed.

Storm Star nodded. "No problem. Oh, have a nice time on patrol!" he called over Smokestorm's shoulder as he walked away. "Remember to send out a slave hunting party, too!" That done and said, he headed back to his den for some quality resting time.

"You think I didn't recognise those two 'rogues'?" Gingertail said quietly to Greenpaw. "It's Jetstream and Darkberry. Or you would know Jetstream as either Jetpaw or Jet. I recognise him, he was in this den for while. His heart was never in torturing cats so he became a medicine cat. He tried getting everyone out. He tried getting you out. He came back for you didn't he? He came back to get everyone out." She looked at Greenpaw. "I miss the Clans just as much as you do. I became a medicine cat here so that I could help my fellow Clan cats, as did Amberleaf. I'll be the last Clan cat out of here, apart from those who want to stay. I'll stay here to the end, you can count on that. They won't do anything, trust me. They aren't vicious like the cats here." She nodded at a thought. "I get new slaves in here often. I expect some more today. I know things that the other cats don't know. That's what the life of a Healer is like. I spread hope to slaves, and sometimes that's the last thing they hear before passing on. At least I shine some hope on other cats' lives."

"To be quite honest, I was just too worried about the torture. I never noticed that," Greenpaw admitted. "I didn't pay attention to these cats, and who they were; I just thought, 'Okay, so they're some random rogues who stayed with the Clans for a while. Big deal. But, wait, what are these Clan Segments that they are talking about? But, I mean, still.... Well...' Lots of uncertainty, and then worry. And then... the pain." She shivered. "I've never done too well with pain. That's why I didn't feel so good, afterwards; not to mention that Storm Star had them nearly kill me, before he would allow them to be done!" Her eyes suddenly blazed, and she spat out, "I hate Darkstar! I hate Storm Star! I absolutely hate this place, and I would sooner die than live here much longer as a slave!"
Calming down, she added, "And that's good, that you... know things, and that, well... you try to make slaves have hope. That's really... all that matters. And now I'm getting tired." She yawned, hugely.

(Haha, nice. And you're ac'cep'py, Gezza! ^.^; I trust you will make up for your relative form shortness in posts. XD And, sorry I was away! Internet issues. Not to mention that my Dad's new router didn't work, and it may ALSO not be compatible for the Wii. So, we'll see. T.T;)

Umm. Dot-dot-dot. I assume you read the first post? ^.^; Okay, so what's happened since then is.... :3

I don't actually know. XD I can't remember anything TOO worthwhile. Except, well, lately....

Jetstream and Darkberry, now members of the Wind Segment, decided to go to BloodClan under fake aliases, gain their trust, and then, when they are finally trusted enough to take slaves out, sneak off the territory with a slave. However, it turns out that Storm Star and Darkstar wanted them to torture a slave! So, they took Greenpaw out, and tortured her. Jetstream feels sick afterwards, and decides to apologize to her... but later.

At the same time, Heartpound, Dante, and Hawkfang are going to the Thunder Segment camp, and stealing Robinpaw and Dovepaw. Well, they will... soon.

That's about it, I think. ^.^; So, then; just jump in! :3 Feel free to... just, umm, do whatever or meet whoever. I'm not stopping you. ^.^;

Doveheart opened her eyes to the darkness of her cage. Yawning her mouth opened wide she took in the usual scents of the camp. Standing she shook the kinks out of her legs and stretched. Slowly Doveheart licked her paw and ran it over her whiskers and face then sat down to groom the rest off herself.

Oakfur stalked past the cages while a few (random) guards flanked him on their way out on a hunting patrol. He hissed as a cat ran in front of their group and a guard swatted him in the head. Oakfur glared at him but continued walking till they were out of the camp. The group broke up slightly and began to hunt. Oakfur got away from his "shadow" so he could hunt easier. Catching a mouse he looked around then tore into it and began to eat.

(Hah, Amber, I could see you were like, "O-O Everything? From the very beginning? Where do I start?" )

Heartpound nodded, taking the last few bounding strides down the slope until she came clumsily to the bottom. "Hmm." The tabby she-cat stalked quietly to the border, her tail lowered in apprehension. "Hawkfang," she said, trying to keep her voice low. "Do you know when these guys go on patrol? Like; sunhigh and mid-sky or something?" She was worried they would run into a patrol before they even got into camp. Maybe Hawkfang would know, she thought.

Brambleheart turned around to Jetstream, smiling. "So, this is basically the territory." He swished his tail around him, basically just pointing out the forest. "The forest is pretty dense here. There's everything from moles to thrushes. Bird-wise; there's Blue Jays and Quails too. You don't see those often though." He nodded at Redclaw, who padded by with a scrawny mouse in her jaws. "But since leaf-fall is coming, everhting's getting a lot smaller. Like when Redclaw passed by -- that mouse. They all get real small in leaf-fall and leaf-bare." He was only explaning this because he knew these two cats were rouges. Brambleheart knew that Rouges were always so plump; at least when he saw any, because they lived near twolegs. The prey that they usually caught was plump. Mostly beause they liked twoleg food.

Hawkfang shrugged. "I dunno, but I'm pretty sure they go on dawn, late morning, sunhigh, late afternoon, evening, and midnight patrols. They only have a guard during the night." He smiled, evilly and viciously exclaiming, "But they only have the guard by the camp entrance! We can just easily sneak in the back or the middle! And if we're quiet enough, then we'll never be discovered at all!"
