The move block works on all types its a specific pok we mon move that prevents escape.

Well I just looked up on Serebii.. There is no way that you can stop the legendary birds from running away. The trick is to hunt them down, face them over a dozen times and then they will show up at.. Sea Spirits den. And you only get one of three. The depending on what started you got.

Anyways.. For those who have beaten the game. Do you know how to unlock the looker quests? I want to beat those.
