I knew PeaPS is going to be uncommon! Quite many people got it, its like Lava Lamp PPS by rarity, I guess the huge demand was caused by hoarder paying July 08 dogs for 40+ of PeaPSs. I got mine before the hoarder's offer, so I was lucky to get them without overpaying.

Okay, I don't want to get flamed for this, but I'm gonna say it anyway.
Did anyone /facepalm when they found out that those were Very Common? I did.
It's not because I don't like them, because that's not it at all. I loved them and I still do.
I /facepalmed because people were treating them like rares and they wanted them traded as such.
Oh well, at least they're cute :U

Psst...that's because the one that's uncommon is the one that hasn't grown yet. We're still waiting on that one to grow.

I think the ratios of commons/uncommons/rares that are released are still the same as they were a year ago. However, given the sheer numbers of people adopting on the site these days, what would once have been a common outcome is now very common, what would have been a rare is uncommon.
This is what happened to the PeaPs, for a guess. It's still just as hard to get hold of as if it were a rare, because the ratio of PeaPS to users is still the same, there's just more users.

Well, I didn't and don't have a problem trading a rare for the PeaPS, mainly because it's like, as uncommon as it is, and you know, people will probably insist that they're worth rares until the end. It's not like someone will all of a sudden price them for what their worth. That, is in fact, highly unlikely.
This situation vaguely reminds me of the Lava Lamp and Null PPS Situation.

Am I the only one who thinks they looks kinda cartoon-ish? It's not meant in a bad way, I think it's purdy :3
It's just something.. different about them O.o
