Ultimately the only thing Serieux managed to accomplish in his pursuit of the rabbit was frustrate himself. The large male panted heavily, sides heaving with exertion from the hopeless situation. He gave an exasperated huff while trying to restore the circulation of oxygen through his organs and seethed quietly at the hare that continued to bound haphazardly around Camp. He was vaguely certain he'd almost caught it but like many of his previous attempts his teeth had ended disappointingly empty.

It was greatly aggravating. The Heavy's silent fury abated to puzzlement as he saw his fixation bound toward Mayawati who remained perfectly composed; the girl was laughing at him too which did not bode well for Seriuex. He fought down the need to fidget under her gaze, mildly embarrassed by his lack of success and only slightly more irritable because of it. "I'm an opportunist." He grunted as though that statement alone were explanation enough for his actions. The brute's eyes narrowed on her. "That's your doing I'm guessing?"

"Yeah, uh, sorry about that.. I was practicing on my power, although maybe I should do it outside camp" I said glancing shyly away from the brute.
