"Tony..look!" He sees Sophie push her around but Annabelle and the others had nothing to do it

Janai looks at ziva "I don't have many books" she frowned

"what kind of books?" Ziva asked with a confused look.

"They really didnt have anything to do with it," Tony said surprised.

Gibbs nodded "so do we press charges on Annabelle and the others"

Janai looks at her "the books that you got got me I can't find them..even that book about princesses is gone" she frowned

"Don't worry they are in your back pack to carry on the plane with you. I didnt pack many of them," Ziva said with a smile.

"Nah I don't think so," Tony said.

Gibbs nodded "well there parents will be here soon..as for Sophie..she is going straight to jail"

Janai smiled "well I'm all packed then" she grins at her mom as Nathan crawled in

"Hey sweetheart," Ziva said picking him up as it clicked that Jason left him here alone. "I am going to kill Jason!" She growled as Nathan played with her earrings.

Jason walked in the door with dinner "hey ziva!" He walks in to see a mad ziva "Abby dropped him off I told her I would be like 2-3 minutes getting home she told me you would be home soon anyways so she told me she put him in the play pen" Jason looks at her telling the truth

Gibbs looks at him "you tell her" he didn't wanna break the news to a small child

Jason looks at her "I don't know..you know he is at that age where he can sorta crawl out of the play pen..." Janai looks at them "I took him out when you went to the bath room mom" she said.
