(by this, I mean, what gender do you have the most of? Is there a certain sexuality most of your characters have? What species do you have a lot of? Is there a species that you simply can't write/draw for? etc. Interpret however you wish. xD)

I have more males than I do females. I'm not sure why it's easier to write through the eyes of the opposite gender, but it is. Perhaps it's because I attach negative qualities to females because I know my own flaws and the flaws of girls I don't necessarily get along with. I generally get along better with guys, so it's easier to find the attractive qualities about them. Plus, it's interesting to put myself in the shoes of the opposite gender imho.
I have more heterosexual characters than anything else, but as I examine my heterosexual characters, I find that I could actually label them more-so as bicurious, bisexual, and a few with pansexual. I might go back and fix some of that, because while they may have a preference for the opposite gender, I could see most of them going for someone of the same gender, too. More recently I've gotten more wrapped up in gay rights and whatnot, I guess. That's probably why. Plus, I think gay guys are fabulous. xD
I mainly have canine characters, and people find that to be the stereotypical impartial character owner, but I also have a lot of unique/non-existent species characters, and I think they're usually just as easy to write about as a canine is. In fact, ideas for them come more easily to me. It's difficult to find unique traits to assign to my canine characters anymore.
I find it really hard to roleplay with horses. I also find it difficult to write stories for them. And all of their personalities seem one-toned. I usually really like natural horse designs, and they're hard to resist, but I never find any actual ideas for them, so I only have 2 equine characters now. xD I also find it hard to write for felines, but I have 10 of them. It's not too hard to write for big cats, as I assign a lot of canine-like characteristics to them.
Female characters in general can be hard to connect with, but if I get a really good idea for one, they can be fun, because I can assign some of my own traits to them often times. c:
