Guys, I think I figured it out.

I think I know how Sherlock faked the fall.

When searching for the missing children he found a plant called "Rhododendron ponticum"

Sherlock identifies the vegetation sample from a footprint as belonging to the same plant that can induce a death-like sleep, reducing a heartbeat to almost nothing. It can also result in watery eyes, if Sherlock crying on the rooftop is what Moffat describes as ‘out of character’.

And then I found this.



He's pulling out a packet of blood, just after he fell.



Perhaps the biker that pushed him away was (as we all believe) was used to distract him from Sherlock's body so the seemingly normal crowd members could make a believable death scene. Was this the favor from Molly?

But again, this theory is rather hazy.

Okay, this might actually be believable. Could those people have caught him as he fell?

There was that cut-off scene when he fell so maybe? But it's a longshot theory. I might need to rewatch it once more to figure out how he actually landed like that.

Sherlock ordered him to stay where he was.
Sherlock jumps.
As the camera zooms on the ground we see a truck with bags driving by.
Looking down, we can see something on a bench that isn't there after he jumps

Sherlock jumped, landed in the truck, and drove off safely.
The actors, volunteers, whoever they were, rolled the body out with a mask/cask of Sherlock's face. It didn't have to be perfect, John was disoriented after the man hit him with a bicycle.
When "Sherlock" is wheeled off into the hospital, the body is returned to the morgue and the trick is done.

Those are both believable theories... I just can't wait for the next season when we find out!!

I just thought the whole thing with Molly was so that Sherlock could make sure that she would keep the illusion that he was dead. She works in a morgue, after all. Just swap bodies and have a closed casket funeral. Haven't thought about the actual jump Both theories seem likely; this just makes it more suspenseful waiting for season three!

I suppose the "bystanders" were part of Sherlock's Homeless Network? Maybe he paid them to do this?

To land in that truck he would've needed a running start, which he obviously didn't have. He was also bouncing a ball. We've never seen Sherlock bounce a ball while thinking. There's a magic trick where you stick it under the right armpit and flex and you can't feel a pulse at all. I tested it and it's legit. Now, John takes Sherlocks pulse from his right arm while the supposed doctor with the blood packet covered his neck and left arm pulse, enabling Join from taking them from there.
