The Lycaon Gryphus is a flying creature which lives in the land of Lyphus, where humans do not exist. When it comes to colors on this species possiblities are endless. Lygry's are omnivorous creatures, and eat plants and fruits along with meat. They have canine like teeth for cutting meat but also for gently carrying their flightless cubs. They have a thick fluffy coat, as soft as a rabbits, with longer hair on their legs, chest, stomach, and neck. They have the build of a bulky canine, but they are in fact more cat like than canine-like. Their claws are retractable like a cats, and they often have coat patterns like big cats. They do possess a little cervine gene though, which makes their nose that of a deers. Their cubs also have spots that fade once they become adolescent. Lygry's have excellent hearing and can hear small rodents movements from as far as a hundred yards away. Lets not forget about that elegant tail, long and thin, the furry end always equipped with at least one unnatural color.
Behavior wise Lygry's are shy and elusive creatures. They seem to shy away from all other animals but live together in large groups. They sleep in caves in rocky moutains. Now the sounds they make are dog-like barks, howls, and hyena-like yips and laughs. Their cubs chirp like a cheetah's when they are frightened or are calling to their mother. Lygry's are very family oriented much like a pack of wolves. They never leave one of their own behind and defend pregnant mothers and cubs at all costs.

If you ever do not want your LyGry anymore, message me and I will put it up for re-adoption to find a new home.
