What is a Gharino?
A Gharino is a rhino crossed with a gharial. They have a thick snout which helps them defend themselves and catch prey easily. They typically spend at least two hours a day in thick murky water to keep their coat gleaming and shiny. They are often classified in the group 'reptiles' because of their gharial-like face. However, they aren't classified in any group officially. They are carnivores and will practically eat anything up to the size of a deer. They are extremely intelligent and fast, don't let their muscular body fool you.

This will be a simple adoption, just give her a name and a personality.
The only extras will be art and stories. They will give you a better chance of winning.

Hades
In Greek mythology,Hades,ruler of the underworld,is a god.Hades often takes human beings whom past.However,despite his looks he is not all that bad.This name is pronounced 'Hade-eee-ss'.It contains two syllables.I choose this name because from the moment I saw her she remained me of Hades.It was The first name I had thought of and it does well with her personality.She is often called "Des".

Age:
Adult
Hades is a adult.She is one of the smallest Gharinos standing up to 4 feet tall.But,on her hind legs she stands at 5 feet tall,the size of an child.

Gender:
Female
Hades is a female,and I believe this gender fits her ever so well.I can't image this stubborn girl to be a male.However,sometimes she visually sees herself as a boy.

Personality:
Grumpy | Ignorant | Careless | Fussy | Stubborn
Despite her dark colorization,Hades is not as merry and dandy as you'd expect her to be.She has many mood swings and often does not have the most pleasing attitude.Besides all her mood swings and attitude, she is often grumpy and grouchy.As grouchy as she is its often incredibly difficult for her to socialize kindly with other Gharinos.Being grumpy it just jumps to one conclusion that shes ignorant because of her rude behavior around other Gharinos.She misses out on news and often important information because of her rude ways.

Stories:
Her muscular claws stepped on the skulls of past mortals and descendants.As she sniffed the unfamiliar place she heard magnificent singing.It was so beautiful that she had to go to it.She had approached a siren.It had the head of a women but yet the body of an bird.Hellhounds surrounded the siren.The beautiful creature called out "Des".That had urged Des to approach it even closer.As Des looked back she could see the bodies of sailors who struggled to get to the sirens.She looked back at the siren.For a long time she had said nothing.Des heard growling from a distance-it was a wolf-like growl.Des felt comforted with the siren,but yet insecure with the Hellhounds following her in troups. They often followed her around for scraps of food.They were obviously skinny because their rib cage was visible.This was Hades lair-he was god of the underworld-a true ruler of land of the dead.Hades named Des after him but often called her 'Des'.Des was like a large dog to Hades.Hades saw Des as a great potential and help.He could mount her in wars,scare unwelcomed sailors, and be a great companion to Hades. -wip c:
