xXxXxXxWhat is a Twinkle kitty?

Twinkle kitties are small little kitties, who when an adult may fit in the palm of your hand! When they are born, they are about the size of a star when you see them from earth. yes, when they are that small you may barely see them, and it makes it easier for their mother to hide them to go and find food. There is always two twinkle kitties born at a time, and they keep each other warm. Twinkle kitties almost never open their eyes, they'd rather rely on their keen ears and sense of smell to get from place to place, always dragging their bell with them. They always have their bell no matter what, and the mother gives them one a little while after they are born so their fur color grows in and they can get a bell to match. twinkle kitties do have their own language, but rarely speak to each other, for they'd rather use little sounds like growling and a series of different tones sounds they can make to tell something.

How do I adopt a Twinkle kitty?
You simply scroll through the color in's and see if any have their "Adopt me" Sign up. Also, if you send payment and fill out the form above and post it on this thread, you may get your own custom.

May I apply for more than one at a time?
Yes, of course! Just remember-- you're only allowed to own three!

Can I keep a Twinkle Kitty as my fursona and put it in my signature/ other places on CS?
Of course! C: just make sure it links back to this thread!

Can anyone use any Twinkle kitty they want?
No. Its pretty much stealing if someone had won a Twinkle Kitty, and you use it. It is the winner's, and They are the only person able to use it.

I don't want my Twinkle kitty anymore. What do I do?
You simply PM the artist of that one, Link them to the Twinkle Kitty page of the one you don't want, and they will put it up for re- adoption.

How does re- adoption work?
The artist gives it... I guess you may say the second- place winner C:

How do runner- Ups work?
Well, say it was a rainbow design and you are a runner up. they will make another Twinkle Kitty just for you, but the same concept. So it would be a different rainbow design.

May I take mine off- site?
