DIRECTIONSS, choose an eevee to dress up, and whoever doesn't, can judge with me.
I will scroll through the entries, and the judgers will give me their thoughts, from, 0/10.
We will be judging on creativity, neatness, and how well the colors in the costume go together. We will be adding to this part.
Okay, so the prize. You guys have heard about how each eevee has a counter-type, right?
Well me and my siblings are expecting it, so the winner gets the first dragon-type eevee plus,
