it has been over 25 recorded years, since crime has all but vanished from the face of the earth. the government is stronger than ever, and has more power than needed. the labs have created a few new gadgets and gizmos for something to do, since they weren't needed as much as they used to. the earth it's self is a barren wasteland. cities have crumbled and turned to ash, villages have turned into ghost towns, and national parks have lost their park-like scenery. humans have been driven to live in underground facilities known as daurahs, pretty much a small room, with maybe no-more than three cots, one sink, a small bathroom, and a living area. the full size of one daurah, is the size of a small hut. the climate is so different on earth now, the highest temperature we've hit and survived in is Maybe 109° it was so hot that day, a few of us died from heatstroke. the coldest temperature was maybe about -55° below zero. and some of us froze to death. our population is 10,000 people, and decreasing at about 48 people per day, so 2 people ever hour. and to top that off, the government won't help us, they just send a team of 6 people, to ''clean-up'' after us.

weird thing is, those people are a mixture of humans, vampires, and werewolves. we'd watch as the vampires pick up the dead, the werewolves sniff out dead or dying and the humans coordinate it all. their eyes would gleam that cold glare, and none of them would feel bad for us. i mean they looked like they've been fed like royals while we've suffered, us looking like skeletons. me? I'd always like to see them suffer the way we are. it's just not fair. but now, they've started coming more often, and they've started killing people, shooting them, choking them, even playing mind games with them. they've informed us that some crazy things were going on up above, and a few people have been sighted or suspected of Causing it. What, I don't know. But it didn't sound good to me. soon, word went around that someone has started planting different highly unstable devices in the earth, and is planning to detonate them. the problem is, out of 10,000 people, nobody knows who the culprit is. the government, being the type of people to stick their heads in the sand and hope for the freakin best, created a group called s.u.i. yes s.u.i. but really, s.u.i. just stands for "supernatural undercover investigators".

a simple name yes, but you have to be in this group, to fully understand what they do. each group or team is made up of 2 werewolves, 2 vampires, and 2 humans. the humans are like the bosses of the whole team, assigned a code name, and even a really cool uniform. silly me, i'm supposed to be serious, but i can't stay serious with them watching my every damn move. anyhow, they are given new weapons and gadgets. and sent to some part of the world to "clean-up". but ever since that threat of that certain activity took part, they were assigned recon missions to see and collect data about what they saw. sometimes even take out and or bring back a few suspects. the government has upped their game this year, finally training some supernaturals to go in ahead and set up bases along safe zones. then, splitting off and going on to another base somewhere else in the world. and just to tell you, are data is extensive, because of the missions we've sent these suckers on. now, theirs a new generation of s.u.i operatives, and a team called "black hawk" and supposedly, they are uncontrollable in a very..... bad situation.

i mean who would send a bunch of teens out on a mission meant for older people, when they've been trained. but it seems the government has other ideas and has sent "black hawk" out on.. no, not recon, but a criminal investigation. odd... i don't know what that's about, but really, i hope "black hawk" comes back successful. i don't want 6 teens going out, and getting them selves killed for nothing, you know. well, all i can say is "good luck "black-hawk" and best of luck."

[ the rules for this roleplay are simple. and i'll keep it this way. ]

[ rule one ]

- listen to me. i don't want arguments breaking out. so listen to me, if you ask a question, i'll answer it. just make sure your not asking the same question over again. because i won't answer it twice. don't go over 2 pages with out me being on.

[ rule two ]

- you may not, and i repeat, you may not play two or more males, or two or more females. you must keep the genders even. you may play two characters tops. got it!

[ rule three ]

- please try hard to stay active. if your going for a vacation or have homework of something, then let me know so i don't think your ditching the roleplay. remove your character, and find someone else to roleplay it. if you leave cs for over 2 days without notifying me, i'll remove your character and find someone to play in your spot.

[ rule four ]

- THE HUMANS ARE NOT GODS!!! the vampires and werewolves follow their orders but don't order them to do something stupid. if you reserve a human, then i'm going to ask you a question. and answering it is mandatory. i may tell you, that you can't play the human. and besides, you have to lead like any other general or commander would. and you just may not be up to the task.

[ rule five ]

- grammar and swearing aren't a big thing. but try to be sensible. don't swear or make mistakes every other word. oh, and for this, you MUST post at least a paragraph per post, as in 5-6 lines. if you have writers block, 3-4 lines. you can still do it, i know you can! i always do.

- these guys are like the German Shepherds of the police force. so to speak. of course, they shift on full moons and all that, but really, they are quite... oh how do you want to say it.... intelligent. get them pissed and you better have a good medical aid around. because they'll tear you apart. these guys pretty much use their sniffers to find the dead and dying in the daurahs. they have great speed and can pretty much specialize in any weapon. most say their favorite weapon, or weapons in this sense, is their teeth and claws. always their teeth and claws. their tempers are quite... oh.... bad. like some ill tempered pup that needs to be trained how to "sit" and "stay" and "do as your told". there is pretty much nothing you can do to stop these guys from demolishing everything. insight. without a second thought. when given the chance anyways. so ladies, and gentle men, lock your stuff up. [*laughs evily for a moment ; takes a breath*] do lock your stuff up.

- there isn't much to say about the vampires. although they do have immortality, well until you use a wooden stake anyways. their strength is amazing, i have to say. their speed, as far as i know, top the werewolves by a little bit. depending on who your talking to. their the ones who pick up the dead and drag them off somewhere. they have a bad temper too, but don't change into anything on full moons unlike werewolves. these guys have been alive for so long, you start to wonder if they've been around since the starting of time. even i'm somewhat hard to handle. although, i'm just a medical aid.

they run the whole operation. as in they are like the commanders of the team. and black hawk is no acception. the humans learn what to do and what not to do from their supernatural members. as in don't make me do this and or don't make me do that. you get my point. they may have the power for order, but even they know that they can't always order the werewolves and vampires. you best way in doing it is being polite and hide a grin. because if you don't you may have some difficulty. and trust me. mr. morgan knows that well. keep a calm mind and you'll do great. promise.

Luka, is not a sweetheart, Looks can be deceiving. Luka is actually quiet and shy towards new people, and if you ever get him mad, have fun. Because to keep him from completely ripping your head off, your going to need a miracle. He suffers from both ADD and ADHD, and he does take medicine for it. Sometimes. Somedays he won't take it, sometimes he will. Luka may seem like the cute-faced boyfriend any girl would die for, but.... if you looked past that cute exterior, you may find that Luka is nasty, protective, and Maybe just a few apples short of a bushel. Precisely what I meant. Always like a wolf. Luka has a tendency to get out of hand in a situation. Usually resulting in someone or something getting hurt or killed. Excluding him. Luka has small tendencies to get into very large fights with people. Most of the time Causing his inner wolf to come out and cause him to lash out at people. He may not have meant it, he may have. Either way, watch-out. Luka's a incredibly moody character.

human - non uniform - Luka has very bright, and cold ice-blue [or bright blue] eyes. If you look into it's depths, all you see is ice. Just a cold ice. Luka has a skinny body, he weighs in between 100-110 lbs. Over one hundred, under one-ten. His wolf form is about 200 lbs. Maybe a little more, but the fur really does it. Take the fur off, and it's probably less than that. On his Human form, Luka has scars on his chest and back. A deep one going diagonally across his chest [right to left], and another going across his back [left to right]. They are touchable, but really, Luka doesn't like people ''admiring'' his scars. He has a bunch more, but those are the largest, and the deepest. He has three scars on his face. On his right eye, there is two that go over his eye, and one under it. Making it look like someone had clawed him. On Luka's wolf form, there are too many to count. But those mentioned scars are on his wolf form as well. he normally wears a black, white, grey and ice-blue plaid shirt, over that, a black leather jacket, black fingerless gloves, black skinny jeans, black leather boots, black sunglasses, a grey hat, a necklace with the ''werewolf'' symbol on it and in the middle, his December birthstone, and a dog-tag necklace with two dog-tags on it. He also wears ice-blue, grey, black and white headphones.} he does wear earrings, 4 on each ear, two hoop, and two stud, both silver.

axelle is very sarcastic and brash most of the time. she doesn't dwindle on the past very much but certain things make her bitter. she tends to be a bit of a loner, never really talking much. she always has an attitude and she isn't afraid to put somebody into their place. if she doesn't like you most likely she'll make a threat to drink their blood and usually whatever they were doing stops. axelle tends to just sit quietly taking in orders unless something stupid or foolish is said then she'll snap out. most people have mixed feelings on axelle, because they don't really know how to read her. she always has a poker face and she rarely smiles, due to two reasons one she doesn't want people seeing her as soft and two because she doesn't like showing her canines or as humans call them 'fangs'.
operative appearance(s) ;
axelle really doesn't have a special uniform considering the fact that she's not as soft as a human or werewolf. vampires are pretty much indestructible unless staked through the heart with a wooden stake or with a bite of another vampire. nonetheless axelle usually takes to wearing all black, from a cropped leather bomber jacket to a black long sleeved shirt, to black skinny jeans and tall black combat boots. she tends to be very minimal when carrying things, because she likes to run even faster then her normal speeds. to describe her body axelle has long curly blonde hair that she tends to always wear down or in a ponytail, pail skin and taunting grey eyes. she's on the smaller side being 5'2 and weighing only about 92 pounds but she can definitely fight. as for my skin it's not like a peach, but still kind of on the pale side. she's considered beautiful like all vampires are so she can lure people to their death not like she does it often.

way back when i had a brother and a sister, and obviously a mother and a father. sadly when simple illness like the cold came around my family died. i of course was the last to go, just as i started to die a man came over and bit my throat causing me to become a vampire for eternity. she refuses to tell anyone about her past because it's simply none of their business, she doesn't go back into the past. part of axelle hates being a vampire, and she's just waiting for at the end of the whole mission for someone to stake her through the heart. just because she's a vampire doesn't mean that she dwindles on the past, sometimes she'll tell people how the world was like before all of this.
