Well, because he is based off a deer, I thought that the name would be alright. ^u^
Charm earning story;;
Buck slipped away from his pack, his eyes narrowed. He swiftly trotted into a field, his graceful paws hardly touching the ground as he did so. He had always been more elegant then some of his friends, and was rather solitary at times because he got made fun of a lot for his gentle and elegant attitude. His ears perked up as he heard some rather loud thumping, although he wasn't sure what was making the noise, he wanted to investigate. He swiftly got a little closer, narrowing his eyes into the distant, only to see something he was shocked about. His eyes widened, and his pupils turned to slits. The loud thumping, was a large heard of deer, on a stamped. He ducked his head as he was almost trampled by a doe and her fawn, then almost stomped on by a buck. He finally had enough time to fly up above the terrified animals. His eyes curved into a worried look- what was scaring these beautiful animals? He scanned the area until he seen a puma, chasing after the heard of large deer. He gasped, and flew down right away. He tried to yell at the creature, but it was just hungry... and was intent on hunting the deer. He finally got angry, and launched himself at the puma, grabbing it's skin and yanking on it with his sharp teeth. Though he was smaller then the large cat, he managed to frighten it enough to make it run the other direction. He flew above the startled deer, and began to hush them, making them calm down and resume grazing on the grass. From that moment on, his talent was to keep the deer in the forest calm, and safe. This is how he got his charm.
