I feel like such an idiot for doing these but it seems like these are needed

What you can do when breeding is closed:
Members/Normal users
I can't think of anything really...

Artists
1.Post litters
2.Accept breedings

Mods,Admins,Co-Owners,Owner
I can think of any to put here really except watch over the place...

What you can't do when breeding is closed:
Members/Normal users
1.Post breeding forms
2.Post "Searching For A Partner" forms
(nothing else for staff)

Every time you break one of the rules,a cookie gets hit by a car -The Daily Cookie

@@ have two users,or give your baby if your one person
@@ have half the babies or less,and give the others
@@ post if you want the lines to be colored
@@ accept the fact that you will get few kits
@@ accept that 50% girl or 50% boy

I know your a admin Toad Stool, but the amount of kits is decided by Random.org or what ever bar the user uses. And also, who ever ordered the breeding decides genders.

I'm sorry I haven't opened this today, I've had a really busy morning. Breeding is open now though.
