Great art! I haven't seen anything like this for a while, and agree with what most of the comments on here say, it deserves a feature. It sticks out in a special way, and has a unique pet/character that I don't think has ever had art o f before, it is detailed, cute, and humorous, and you really it believable. You didn't just take a realistic rat stick on realistic spider legs, but you evenly blended the two together in a way that makes you think there might actually be a rat spider living down in someone's basement.
You kind of gave the rat a personality too, and everything seems to go together well.

Thank you! <3 I take a lot of pride in character developement and I think unique personalities and personal ticks (and a lot of times a well planned backstory) really help everyone get pulled into the picture even more than if it was only visually appealing. As for the realistic yet toony side. I LOVE Disney and every since I was little always tried drawing like they did with The Lion King, Bambi, and more. Realistic yet toony, personality in the face without a need for description. I can also spend hours studying the creatures I want to draw, anatomy and behavior. It also helps that I have 20 pet mice and have had rats. So thank you very much for reconizing everything I've worked hard to develope in my art. <3

I know I'm shocked! But granted I've been drawing digitally on The lion king fanart since 2007, I just needed to learn how to use the oekaki program. Luckily its similar to photoshop and gimp. Haha, Thank you very much
